3Practice Circle Referee Certification is Not an Honor … it's an Achievement

We award 3Practice Circle Referee certification to individuals who have completed the Referee Training Course in person or on Zoom, followed by a supervised practicum.

3Practice Circle Referees have articulated an understanding of the elements that make 3Practice Circles work; they’ve demonstrated a capacity to identify and apply lessons learned from one 3Practice Circle to the next; they’ve modeled collaboration with other Referees, and a commitment to work for fairness, mutual respect, and psychological safety for every participant in every circle.*
